Starting point
Everything a forum needs, from zero, by a fixed date
The 2025 forum ran without a full identity. For 2026 the client needed it all at once for two events, the forum and the ART EDEM exhibition: identity, materials for every audience, a campaign and a website.
Several concepts, then the chosen logo, graphic elements, palette, typography and a 60-page guideline
Badges and lanyards, tickets, invitations, posters and leaflets
Decks for partners, artists and speakers, AI visualisations of exhibition spaces, invitation letters, stage screens
Discovery, structure and copy, UI design, Webflow build with CMS in Ukrainian and English, analytics
Instagram posts, stories and highlights, ad creatives in static and video, targeting and launch

Identity
An identity that draws people into art
We presented several identity concepts, chose one with the client and developed it into a full system. Every element is built to pull the eye inwards, towards the art at its centre.
Off-centre rings that narrow towards one point, like a spiral or a portal. The movement draws the eye inside the mark.
Additional elements build on the same effect: a medallion that opens onto a fragment of a sculpture or painting, like a window into art.
EB Garamond gives headlines cultural weight. Fixel Display, a Ukrainian grotesque, keeps information clear.
One umbrella covers the forum and the ART EDEM exhibition, with an accent colour for each event.

Tell us your dates and audiences. We will plan the brand, materials, campaign and website back from opening day.

Print materials
One system on every badge, invitation and poster
The print set was designed together with the identity and handed over print-ready, so the client’s team only had to send the files to the printer.
Seven roles, from Team to Press, each with its own badge. VIP badges sit on gold leaf, lanyards carry the brand pattern.
Six official designs for participants and guests, printed or sent as PDF.
Posters for the territory and leaflets about KRAЇNA EDEM, in the same grid and type.

Digital materials
Decks, letters and screens for every audience
Partners, artists, speakers and guests each got their own materials, built on the same system and ready to send or show.
A partnership deck on the platform, its audiences and formats of cooperation, plus official invitations for guests.
A deck of exhibition spaces with plans of the halls. We set the visual style and generated AI visualisations of works in each space.
An invitation letter, a forum presentation, a slide template for their talks and a stage screen for every session.

Website
A bilingual website built to grow with every forum
One Webflow website in Ukrainian and English. The forum and ART EDEM keep their own pages, colours and tickets under one navigation, so visitors don’t mix them up.
Seven days in tabs. Each session shows its time, format and speakers, and opens for details.
100 participants grouped by forum day, each with a bio in a pop-up.
Ticket requests by day and format, gathered in a shared table for the client’s managers.
The website went live a month before the opening. We watched Clarity and Google Analytics, listened to the client’s team and shipped fixes the same day, from the ticket request flow to the programme.
Everything that changes lives in the CMS, so the client’s team can edit it without a developer, and next year’s forum starts from the same base.

Campaign
Templates that kept up with every speaker and day
Instagram and paid ads ran on the same templates, from the first speaker announcement to the closing day. We designed the creatives, set up the targeting and ran the campaigns.
Templates for speaker announcements, forum days, series and highlights, each post adapted for stories.
Separate ad sets for business leaders and investors, diplomatic missions and authorities, curators and collectors, and a leisure audience.
A creative set for each of the seven forum days, in static and video, for Meta and Google.

Results
From zero to a full forum system in two months
In two months Global Culture Forum went from a first edition without an identity to a complete system: brand, decks, print, social, ads and a website, live before the opening and working through all seven days.
Concept, logo, graphic elements and a 60-page guideline, with templates for posts, decks, invitations, tickets and badges.
A bilingual CMS website the team can edit without a developer and extend for the next forum.
Creatives and audiences split by segment and forum day, a starting point for the next campaign.
