Starting point

A forum about medicine as a business

FORMA Events was launching a new forum about medicine as a business. Its audience is busy executives, so the website had to show quickly why this event is worth their time.

Audience

Clinic owners, CEOs, investors, pharma and medtech: the people who run the medical market.

Goal

Sell tickets and partnerships from the first day of sales, with an image the forum can call its own.

Deadline

15 days to design, build and launch the website.

Visual concept

A logo and a capsule that carry the forum

We looked for a gentle image that clearly belongs to the business of medicine rather than to treatment or wellness.

The logo

Four arrows meet at one point, the way the forum brings the whole medical market together.

The capsule

It opens and releases the programme’s four themes, so the first screen explains the forum before anyone reads the text.

The colour

Clean blues read as medicine at once and keep the pages calm. The silver capsule stands out against them, and its spheres return on the ticket cards.

Conversion

A page that follows how an executive decides

A clinic owner won’t read a forum website from top to bottom. They check if it’s for them, who will speak and what it costs. We built the homepage on the AIDA model, so each block answers the next question and offers a clear next step.

Partnerships

A separate path for partners

Partners fund a forum and decide differently from ticket buyers: they weigh the audience and what they’ll get in front of it. So they got their own page with its own first screen, the audience, the organiser’s track record, partnership formats and an expo zone.

Lead capture

A contact saved before every payment

Pop-ups and short forms collect a visitor’s main details before they move to the ticketing platform. People get distracted or forget to pay, so the sales team already has a name, a phone and the chosen ticket, and can follow up and close the sale.

How a ticket request works: the visitor picks a ticket, leaves a contact and pays on the ticket platform, while the manager already has the contact and calls if payment was forgotten

Support

The website grew along with the forum

Tickets sold well, so the forum grew during sales: a biohacking stage first, then a second day in Skhidnytsia. We stayed with the team for all eight weeks, updating the programme, speakers, partners and prices, and adjusting the website based on analytics.

How the forum grew during sales: from one stage and four tickets on 3 September to two stages, two days and six tickets on 27 October, with eight weeks of support
