The challenge

Users face challenges such as design inconsistencies, grammatical inaccuracies, navigation barriers, and a gap in trust due to misunderstandings. To address these, we integrated helpful prompts, added a progress bar, streamlined navigation, redesigned the "How it works?" page, and standardized aesthetics with a universal design template.

UX Research and Improvements

Our UX research revealed significant user engagement issues through heatmap analysis, showing many visitors leaving without interacting. We analyzed and created new user flows to simplify UX. Key improvements included enhancing filters for better navigation, transitioning button color schemes from red to blue for consistency, and refining the overall design to improve user experience. We harmonized the design of bonus and ordinary item pages and implemented a universal design system for consistent aesthetics and budget efficiency.

UI Improvements

To enhance user comprehension, we redesigned the "How It Works?" page for optimal visual clarity, enabling users to quickly grasp key points. Additionally, we improved the overall design experience through strategic updates to colors, typography, and element composition, creating a cohesive and visually appealing interface.

We integrated helpful prompts and a progress bar to visually guide users through their interactions, especially in sections where they frequently encounter issues. This ensures a smoother navigation experience from catalog browsing to item selection, sign-up, payment, and delivery, enhancing overall user satisfaction.
